Sandra Martínez holds a degree in Information Systems (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional) and founded Talent Hunting, the headhunting consultancy focused on B2B SaaS sales and technology talent for LATAM. Her background combines two worlds that rarely coexist in one profile: the logic of someone who once built commercial and logistics management systems, and the field experience of someone who led commercial teams for over 15 years across Argentina and Mexico.
Before moving into recruiting, she held Zone Manager and Regional Supervisor roles with multi-branch operations, where she was directly responsible for hiring, training and evaluating sales teams, hitting commercial targets, and designing nationwide supervision structures. That experience — hiring, training and evaluating salespeople on the ground — is the foundation of the judgment she now applies to every candidate.
She also holds certifications as an Investment Manager and Financial & Capital Markets Technical Analyst from UTN.
In recent years she added a technical layer on top of that: HubSpot Academy certifications in Revenue Operations, Service Hub, Marketing and Inbound Sales, plus training in programming and web development. She combines systems thinking, hands-on sales operations, and a modern RevOps stack.
