What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily share with us through our contact channels: name, email, phone, company (if applicable), and for candidates, professional information such as experience, education and links to public profiles (for example LinkedIn).
What we use it for
We use this data to manage business inquiries, evaluate candidates against active searches, and contact you about job opportunities or headhunting services relevant to your profile.
Who we share it with
A candidate's data is only shared with the client company for the relevant active search, and only once the candidate advances in that process. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
How we protect it
We apply confidentiality standards at every stage of the process, for both the companies looking for talent and the candidates who are currently employed. Access to information is limited to those directly involved in each search.
Your rights
You can request to access, update or delete your personal data from our records at any time, in line with the personal data protection regulations in force in your country of residence within LATAM.
